Cornerstone
Community Church of the Nazarene is a Christian, Holiness,
Evangelical church.
We are
Christians in that we are united with believers everywhere
who have been forgiven of their sins and are reconciled with
God through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe in the Bible
as the primary source of spiritual truth for living the
Christian life. We also affirm the historic creeds and
beliefs of the Christian faith.
We want you to come as you are. Don’t wait to
be ready. Don’t stop to get your life in order. Come
quickly. Come just as you are. Come just as if you were
visiting friends. Bring your family, your loved ones, your
young and old. We WELCOME you into our home. We want to make
it your home!
We come together to lift our voices to our
Lord. In joy, in singing, and in deeply felt prayer. We give
and it is given back many times over. We are at home here,
not just on Sunday but any day! Working together, playing
together and eating together. Discussing, refreshing,
rehearsing, learning, and just being ourselves.
We want our church to be a place where you
can be strengthened. A place where you can be encouraged. A
place where you can get in touch with God. A place where you
can return week after week to rediscover the joy of keeping
in touch with God’s will. The world outside might sometimes
seem unbearably hard, but the time you spend here gives you
strength to face it.
